Student Nomination Story

Mrs. Hamilton is my super fun and amazingly skilled teacher. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, dedicated, and innovative. Mrs. Hamilton runs the Canine Commandos Program and is very passionate about humane education. Hamilton has always driven me, and others, to always do our personal best. She is always challenging us with complex projects and difficult puzzles. Without Mrs. Hamilton and her Program, I wouldn't have been interviewed for the news, or have such a deep connection with dogs. Mrs. Hamilton is the reason why I have been so active in the community (working with dogs at the Canine Commandos Shelter), and have such deep empathy for the animals at our local shelter.
