Susan Maurice

Ms. Maurice helped so many kids in so many she has impacted my life significantly but has also impacted other kids' lives just as much if not more. She has helped a boy in my grade learn to love learning and her class. I stayed in at recess to read and do other homework and he was correcting a test. Ms. Maurice was helping with his test retake when He said, " You know I have never had a teacher teach as you have really helped me." In another class, we were writing about someone we were thankful for and he said Ms. Muarice I asked why and he said, "Because she is the only reason I love seventh grade." To be honest, I disliked science last year and it was hard for me I had good grades but I struggled. With Ms. Maurice, I don't understand science concepts at first but she teaches them in a way that it's hard not to understand. Ms. Maurice has helped me in a way no other teacher has and she is my favorite teacher with no close second. She deserves this reward without a doubt. Every kid that has ever had her would back me up.
