Student Nomination Story

This teacher makes the lessons easier for every individual in the class. He takes their mental health seriously, especially during a stressful period of time like the current one. To sum it up, he’s interactive and tries to not leave a student behind. If they are lost during the lecture, no matter how far back, he still helps instead of getting upset with the student. It’s nice to feel comfortable enough to where I feel I can ask questions and not feel embarrassed by how fast or slow someone processes the lecture. I feel like every kid should feel comfortable learning in their classroom and this teacher was able to help create boundaries, yet allows us to be honest with ourselves (even though others may find it easier than another individuals.) No student left behind is definitely a key to learning and eventually graduating.
