Mr. Tellez was my Heritage Spanish Honors teacher during my freshman year. Mr. Tellez is a great person and someone who truly cares about others. When someone is having a bad day and needs someone to talk to, Mr. Tellez is always there. Although, I'm a person with a close mind, and don't always accept help, Mr. Tellez was there no matter what. He would always be there to listen to me and always believed in me. He always pushed me to do better. When I didn't believe and was ready to give up, Mr. Tellez didn't let me. Mr. Tellez is an inspirational being. I am glad that Mr. Tellez is a teacher at Cristo Rey.

He's very kind and outgoing. He goes to basketball practice with us sometimes. He always gives off a great vibe and is more than just a teacher. He truly shows how every teacher should be. He not only cares about school but also he cares about us as students, as well.
