Mrs. Jensen has helped me to understand the importance of learning. She has shown me how to be proud of the hard work that I put into everything I do. She is is a kind teacher and speaks to us to help us to understand what she is wanting us to learn. When we don’t understand how to problem solve a question on a paper, she always is open to answer any questions and I feel comfortable in asking her. Since I have been in her class my grades have improved as she teaches in a way I can understand by explaining and breaking down the problem with me. When we improve she tells us how proud she is of us and it makes us want to be better every time. She also likes to tell us stories, lots of stories if we have free time. She tells stories about her life on the farm, animals and is always making us laugh. We feel like we know her very well and would really really like to nominate her for Teacher of the Year and make her feel special and give back, as she has done so much for us. She is a one of a kind, special teacher and inspiring to the entire class!!!
