Student Nomination Story

Mrs. Queen has gone above and beyond to make this online learning transition as smooth as possible. She has spent extra time if needed to learn new ways or programs for the kids to be entertained yet learn at the same time. My son has multiple teachers helping, but she helps makes this whole process less stressful by letting me know ways on how to reach out to the other teachers. Even when she has finished teaching her classes, she's still assisting us in other classes if needed. Also, making herself available after hours is another thing I appreciate. The one thing that just puts me at ease is her patience and understanding with each individual. I know maybe a lot of teachers are doing the same and I wish we could nominate them all, but for me, Mrs. Queen has made this virtual learning as easy as it can be and has made a true effort to being as hands-on as possible. Even with my son being in speech therapy, ESOL, and another class, she has come through to put my concerns at ease. Thank you Mrs. Queen for your hard work and dedication.
