Student Nomination Story

Amanda truly has changed my life in MANY different ways. She makes learning as fun as can be for us 6th graders; we used legos to show that we know how light reflects and she gave just about everybody an A. She’s such a fun teacher too; the other day she was dancing to a song (I’m not sure what it was) and we loved it so she kept going because it put a smile on our face. All she c ares about is making us happy, having fun, an getting those grades up. She also is the head of student council at my school so she really understands what we tell her if it’s heartfelt. She despises bullies; she’s taught all of us about it during S.E.L. And I’ve learned way more than I already knew. She. Wants us out of our comfort zone all of the the time, or in other words, to try new things.
