Student Nomination Story

Mr. Mendez really understands us. He knows how sometimes the work assigned to us, can be very overwhelming. He understands our humor and he makes us feel like we have a say in any assignments. He makes sure we understand the assignments and makes his students feel comfortable when asking questions. He's genuinely my favorite teacher because of this.

Mr. Mendez is a teacher like no other. He's funny, understanding, nice and a wonderful teacher. He understands his students and bonds with them. He takes the time to answer our questions and help us understand our assignments. He adds a bit of humor into his lessons which I enjoy because it makes his class more enjoyable and fun. Overall, he is a great teacher and I feel like all his students can trust him and learn a lot from him.
