Student Nomination Story
Are teacher has been doing zoom meetings every day every week for math and ELA And has worked her fingers to the bone trying to make it easier for every student of hers and she has had VERY late nights since all this Covid-19 has started.

My teacher has made a huge impact on my life. She would always feel for her students, for example, when my hamster had to get put down the day she gave me a puppy picture saying sorry for my loss. That meant a lot towards me. We would always talk about our dogs. She would always share stories about her life to fit in with a subject and it would always make the lesson better for me. Also, she would always try to help you in any sort of way. Especially with grades. Like one time the whole class got very low grades and instead of a test score, she put it as a quiz so it wouldn't be as effective. Her read out louds were amazing! She's always in sync with the book like the way she reads it you can really tell you're there. You can tell she loves books by how many she owns. I'm sad she's retiring this year but I'm grateful that I had her for two years straight!

Mrs. Spohn is the best teacher ever. Even though this year was virtual she made it amazing!!! She was my teacher for 2 years because she moved up a grade with her. She goes hard on us but it really helps us become better students. One time my dog had passed away and she had a conversation with me and let me take a break from homework. She is the best teacher ever and I will miss her a lot.
