Student Nomination Story

My son has been diagnosed with ADHD 2 also with a learning disability. He took an IEP and was place in a special ed class. Before he was placed in her class he couldn't write one letter nor count. He would run out the class room and not follow directions at all. This lady is simply amazing she taught him so much from writing his name to doing addition problems, counting to 100. He is now in an advanced special education class. She has taught me as a parent how to work with my son. She encourages him to where his confidence is so high he can do anything. Without her being the best teacher she could possibly be I don't think my son would have progress on a higher level.
