Student Nomination Story

Ms. Turcios is special because of her unique view on life and approach to the conversations she has with students. I know the conversations I have with her are genuine and every word she speaks is genuine. In less than a year, she managed to inspire me to want and work for more. I am grateful for her pushing me and inspiring me every single day. I appreciate math and science so much more now and put in a lot of effort in those classes. I now have different goals for myself and my future and plan to pursue a career involved in math and science.
